Pick & Feed
The fully automatic Pick & Feed system de-stacks pre-positioned lumber packages and transports them
to the loading conveyor of a Hundegger K2i, K3i, SC3 or SPM2 machine. Afterwards not processed
lumber of a layer are returned to the ground storage by the system.
The position and the dimensions of the lumber and the lumber package is stored and displayed
graphically on screen.
Pick & Place
The Pick & Place system unloads finished joinery components from a Hundegger K2/3i, SC3 or SPM2
and stacks them into sorted packages in the warehouse. Stacking takes place in layers or packets onto
one of 12 placement trolleys which are positioned at firmly defined points. The whole nesting process
is fully automated and controlled by the Hundegger software.
