PBA-3 The largest and most sophisticated machine ever build by HundeggerApril 22, 2016The Hundegger PBA-3 is a new machine concept and new technology combined with the experience and knowledge of 40 PBA-1 & PBA-2 machines existing worldwide. A gantry style machine capable of being equipped with almost any tool you need, the possibilities are nearing endless. This provides significant advantages:•Boost the functionality •Increase the amount of processing •Deep hole drilling with a 360 ° radius and depths up to 1250 mm •Better surface quality due to higher tool speeds •Integrated software package CAMBIUM Increased flexibility •Modular facilities according to the modular principle•Can be retro-fitted at any time •Up to 2 units with automatic tool change •Innovative clamping system Boost the dynamics•More powerful drives •Faster positioning of all axis •Retooling for off-peak times •Flexibility component and editing PBA-3 is the portal machining center for cutting and editing of BSH items with maximum cross sections of 50 mm x 5000 mm and a length of 53 m long or 2 x 22.5 m without restrictions to front-end edits or 2 x 26 m with restrictions designed. The PBA-3, with the correct tooling, is capable of any longitudinal, oblique and mitre cuts as well as milled openings and contours of any shape or size. The components lying on the table are processed from the top or the sides. Editing the member base is possible as well (in the margin). The machine is equipped according to the respective company-specific needs. Aggregates and additional equipment can be retrofitted at any time.……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….Hundegger’s New truss component saw - the Turbo-Drive machine November 6 - 13, 2015 From Australia, the USA & Canada, from Spain, Italy and England - Customers, Hundegger sales representatives and service technicians traveled a long way to join a meeting in Germany.During the meeting, Hundegger introduced the new Turbo-Drive component saw and the CAMBIUM user interface software to our valued clients and sales/service members. The TURBO-Drive machine is the perfect solution for customers who want a fast, flexible cutting system. Moreover, it can even perform drilling and milling and marking parts. The heart of the machine is the sawing unit 5 axes. The saw 5 axes runs different type of cuts, jibe, square cuts. It may also make cuts at any angle (0 ° to 360 °) and angle (to the horizontal). One could for example make cuts in soul or make the rafter spaces. The basic machine (just a saw 5 axes) is even more flexible. The machining of stacked wood for wood framing and trusses also remains possible. There is no limit to length with a millimeter precision …more information…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….Hundegger Production Count 2015October 28, 2015Since Hundegger was started in 1978, we have well over 4,690 machines world wide operational. With machines in Asia, Australia, Europe and North America there is a client using one of our machines as we speak. If you think about it, that’s over 20 different languages and countries that are using a Hundegger machine today! These are our machines so far…> 2650 Joinery machines> 1100 Fully automated 4-sided planer> 800 Truss components saws> 100 SPM Panel cutting systems > 40 PBA Panel cutting systems……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….BCMC Show 2015WISCONSIN CENTER | MILWAUKEE, WIUSAOCTOBER 23, 2015We would be pleased to welcome you at our Hundegger booth # 221The Building Component Manufacturers Conference (BCMC) has become a trusted venue for structural building component manufacturers to learn about the latest industry ideas, products and trends throughout their entire supply chain. This annual trade show includes a dynamic exhibit floor with active machinery demonstrations, valuable educational opportunities and the chance to develop and enjoy the camaraderie of an industry that spans generations.Since its inception in 1980, the objective of BCMC has been to educate, inform and encourage the growth of structural building component manufacturing. Over the course of its history, the show has welcomed exhibitors from all over the world to showcase the cutting edge technology, state-of-the-art processes and innovative products and services that have helped build a multi-billion dollar industry and shape the future of framing.……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….UNBC - University of Northern British Columbia October 01, 2015UNBC researchers are taking engineered timber to new levels of construction performance through a brand new and fully computerized Hundegger SC3 Cutting Automate. The new machine was installed over the long weekend October-9th - October-12 by Hundegger Canada Inc. technicians. The new SC3 machine is the most versatile CNC automated component saw available. The machine is capable of processing well over 3500 truss parts or 18,200 feet of I-Joists in a single shift, but gives a company the freedom to go way beyond the functionality and capabilities of its competitors component saws. Over 30 years of experience, customer feedback and quality have been built into the SC3.Fully equipped the machine can process: Truss, I-Joist, stair stringer and stick framing components and even allows a customer to process entry-level timber framing parts to broaden their income potential.
